Correct is a low temperature automatic dish machine detergent built for cutting grease and other various soils and food particles from dish surfaces. Works best in softened water, but will perform up to 150 ppm water hardness (15 grains per gallon). NOT RECOMMENDED WITH ALUMINUM POTS & PANS

Directions:
1. Use with Liquid Dispensing System.
2. Remove cap from pail and insert plastic probe into container.
3. Start with using 4 mils per rack or titrate to 400 ppm based on water hardness and detergent performance.
4. If needed, increase or reduce detergent pump based on detergent performance.
